One of the most common questions I get is:
“Do you write résumés?”
The answer is: Absolutely.
I don’t, however, offer résumé writing as a one-off service. I write résumés exclusively for current VIP Intensive clients because it’s about more than formatting. It’s about clarity, alignment, and understanding the direction you’re headed before the first bullet point ever gets typed.
That said, I also know that not everyone needs a brand new résumé.
Sometimes you just need a smart, strategic refresh.
Let’s chat for a moment about a few of my go-to recommendations. You don’t have to start from scratch. But you do need to take it seriously.
Use Jobscan to Align Your Résumé With the Role
In this market, tailoring your résumé to the job description isn’t optional. It’s essential.
And if that feels overwhelming, I get it. That’s exactly why I recommend Jobscan.
Jobscan helps you see how closely your résumé matches the job you’re applying for. It shows you where to make improvements so your résumé doesn’t get overlooked by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) — or by the person reviewing it. My clients love it because it’s simple, fast, and eye-opening.
If your résumé isn’t working, this is where I’d start.

Stay Organized With Teal
If you’re applying to more than a couple of roles per week, you need a system.
Teal is my go-to platform for job seekers who are tired of spreadsheets, sticky notes, and scattered tabs.
Not only can you track jobs, interviews, and deadlines — Teal also includes a résumé builder and browser extension that pulls in job descriptions and lets you highlight what matters most. It’s one of the first tools I recommend to clients, and it makes managing a job search feel so much more doable.
