Service Duration:
The VIP Intensive provides access to services and resources for a duration of 90 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy:
We are committed to your satisfaction with our program. However, due to the extensive time and resources invested in providing our services, we operate on a strict no-refund policy. By accessing or purchasing our VIP Intensive, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances unless otherwise required by law.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the VIP Intensive due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule or provide an appropriate solution.

Participant Requirements:
Participants must adhere to these Terms and Conditions, including our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and any additional terms communicated before or during the program.

Intellectual Property Rights:
All materials provided as part of the VIP Intensive—including, but not limited to, digital files such as PDFs, videos, templates, and workbooks—are the property of The Keys to the Office, LLC or our affiliates or licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Participants are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only and may not share, sell, distribute, or reproduce any materials without explicit permission.

Prohibited Use:
Participants are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, distributing, or using any materials provided during the VIP Intensive for commercial purposes or in violation of intellectual property laws. Improper or unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access without a refund, and legal action may be pursued.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred by participants in connection with our services. Participants accept sole responsibility for their results and agree that The Keys to the Office, LLC shall not be held liable for outcomes related to the program.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to services and materials.

Release of Claims:
Participants release The Keys to the Office, LLC from any claims arising from the use of our services.
